1. Refund Policy
- Digital Products (Reports, Courses): Non-refundable once delivered.
- Consultation Sessions:
- Full refund if canceled 24+ hours before the session.
- No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows.
2. Rescheduling
- Clients may reschedule once with at least 12 hours’ notice.
3. Technical Issues
- If a session is disrupted due to technical errors, a reschedule or partial refund may be offered.
